Bridget + Jeremy :: Love at The Inn

Bridget and Jeremy got married last Saturday at the Vandiver Inn in Havre de Grace, MD. It was so hard to pick my favorites from this wedding because everything was just so beautiful! Some of Bridget’s family even came all the way from Ireland to come witness there marriage ceremony (and oh my god….the irish accents! i was in love!)

It was a magical day from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly (that never happens!) and everyone just laid around eating cheese, drinking wine, and eating pastries while being pampered with hair and make-up. Bridget is the all-american sweetheart….the only thing you could ever find her doing is smiling or laughing. Jeremy is cool and witty….and just spent time with his groomsmen doing what else….drinking Bud Light 🙂

Over a hundred people gathered around under the perfect deep blue sky that day to witness these two get married. It was a beautiful ceremony surrounded by the charm of the Vandiver Inn’s gardens, white porches, and gazebo. Couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful day.

I have to say that the Vandiver Inn did a spectacular job that day making sure that everything was taken care of. Chastity, the wedding coordinator, was a vendor’s dream to work with. She was even bringing me water and snacks to make sure I was properly fueled throughout the day! Honestly though, it was a beautiful venue and Chastity made the entire day stress free- thank you!!!

Bridget + Jeremy- thank you for trusting me to document the most important day of your lives 🙂 Congratulations!!!!

i have a soft spot for families who help out with the wedding details the day of the wedding. here is the mother of the groom in pajamas setting up the huppa for the ceremony later that day. don’t ya just love the curlers!!!  i do!!

the father of the bride was sooo cute. here he is the morning of the wedding. reading his newspaper, making his lists….and the best part….that hat he is wearing…says “father of the bride” ….yup….he was a cutie….

bridget had mentioned on several occasion her love for stained glass. she mentioned it at the engagement session, the morning of the wedding, throughout the day….well the time came to do her dress shots, and I was walking around the Vandiver Inn trying to find the perfect spot. until I found this little gem- I was sooo incredibly excited that I was going to be able to give this to Bridget- her stained glass! i didn’t even tell her i found this (or how many rooms i had to break into to find the perfect spot 🙂 ) but here it is…..bridget….i hope you like it! this one’s for you!

okay i don’t usually do this on the blog…especially because i want everyone to think that i am this crazy amazing photographer….but i wanted to show that you can find some of the best spots in the most random places….just got to get a little creative! i loved this window and new that i had to use it….the actual location….well you will see…

(thank you to whoever’s bathroom this was that i had to sneak into to get this shot! 🙂 )

bridget- you looked absolutely beautiful

and while the girls were getting ready…i snuck downstairs to find this….

jeremy surprised bridget at the ceremony by singing a beautiful song for her at the wedding…i can’t remember what song it was….but bridget was both shocked and excited at the same time.
